2015 Spring Show
Even though I graduated in December of 2014 from AAU, I had three pieces selected for what would be my third and final Spring Show, which took place in spring, 2015! As always, I'm so very honored. So many students submit to the Spring Show every year, and very, very few get selected. Feels great to go out with a bang.
The jury picked one of my aquairum tryptche pieces from the Conservatory of Flowers illustrations I did for their "Art of Aquascaping" exhibit, and two of the interior illustrations I did for Spirals in Time: The Secret Life and Curious Afterlife of Seashells by Dr. Helen Scales, available through Bloomsbury Publishing.
The ribbon is representing my selection as valedictorian for the 2014/2015 graduating class. Best part about the show was having Jackie AND Pearl there to help me celebrate.
